Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ProMatch account and its associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
1. Option 1 — Delete in the App (fastest)
1. Open ProMatch and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated cloud data are removed immediately.
2. Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll process the deletion:

Subject: Delete my ProMatch account
Please send from the email address registered to your account so we can verify the request. We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- •Your account and profile (email, name, and any optional details you provided).
- •Your cloud-synced data (matches, players, scores, plans, and analytics stored on our backend).
- •Your household membership and shared data owned by your account.
4. What may be retained
- •Data stored only on your own device is removed when you delete the App.
- •Limited records may be kept where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- •Subscription/billing records held by Apple or Google are governed by their policies; cancel any active subscription in your App Store or Google Play account.
