Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use ProMatch (the "App"). By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Lyzsn ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

• •ProMatch offers auto-renewing subscription plans (e.g. Starter, Plus, Pro). Features vary by plan.
• •A free trial may be offered. Unless cancelled before it ends, the trial converts to a paid subscription.
• •Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• •Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• •Prices and plan contents may change; changes will not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
• •Except where required by law or app-store policy, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store.

Paid plans may allow multiple members and devices to share data within a household, subject to the limits of your plan. The account owner is responsible for whom they invite. Members can view and contribute to shared household data.

• •Do not use the App unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• •Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its backend.
• •Do not share content you do not have the right to share, or others’ personal data without their consent.

You retain ownership of the match, player, and analytics data you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and sync that data to operate the features you use. You are responsible for the content you enter, including any information about other individuals.

The App, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Lyzsn and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Analytics and coaching insights are informational only and are not professional coaching, medical, or financial advice. We do not guarantee accuracy or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyzsn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or where required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise.
